I have thoroughly enjoyed the 2 days. Whilst the subject matter has really challenged my knowledge the programme has been delivered in the most empowering way I have ever experienced. I feel that I have had a real opportunity to reflect on my values, test them against my coaching style and met some wonderful people aswell.
